Life and Something More

Yesterday I started a new meditation with my evening and morning prayer.

It dawned on me that I have a powerful ally that I was not using - St. Michael the Archangel is the patron of law enforcement. If there is anyone who can help with the improvement of attitude at this office it is St. Michael.

So I have begun to ask him, every evening and every morning (or, to be more accurate, at the end of and start of my day), to go to the office and clear out the demons that may be lurking in the corners and adversely affecting the work atmosphere.

I say the prayer and then picture him (as he is depicted in Catholic Art) arriving in downtown Martinez and entering the building in which I work. He then takes his sword and starts eliminating all the fear, depression, anxiety, anger and resentment that permeates the premises. I see him stabbing little dustballs with angry faces and putting them into a strong, gold mesh bag...and at the end of the housecleaning he tosses them into the abyss.

I then ask him to go the home of E (or to her at the office, if it is during the daylight hours when I am going to be asleep) and talking with her Guardian Angel. Together, I see them yanking all the negativity out of her body.

E is a baptized Catholic that does not practice the Faith. There are embers there, however, in her soul that need to be fanned into flame. I ask them both to make a special effort to build up those smoldering embers so that she may experience the reconversion necessary for her to become the woman God means her to be, rather than the one she thinks is right.

I don't know if this will help everyone or not, but it sure can't hurt.

Whaddya think?

AWESOME; and I was praying that last night as I 'treated' those two (half)brothers that are being so emotionally and financially horrific to Sissy. I am going to send the one I have ... with a picture of him, to stjames ... and if anyone reads this ... and does not belong to our 'famillliieee'
... just go to my website ... macilehooperlejeune.com and click on 'prayer request' and tell me that you want 'St. Michael'.
